What you will do

• Define and lead end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for exceptional user experiences.
• Drive UI/UX innovation across multiple devices and platforms.
• Integrate age-appropriate GenAI capabilities into products.
• Develop cross-device experiences that delight both kids and parents.
• Lead customer-centric product development and optimization.
• Partner with AI/ML teams for personalization and content discovery, ensuring parent trust and safety.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery, roadmap strategy, and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions.
• Deep expertise in B2C product management and consumer UI/UX design.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
