Location: Mountain View, United States. Employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if they live within 50 miles (U.S.) of that location.

Salary: USD $163,000 – $296,400 per year (U.S. typical); USD $220,800 – $331,200 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do

• Drive building world-class AI applications that delight consumers and deliver business results.
• Own a product area, understanding user needs and behaviors, and defining product requirements.
• Manage end-to-end product development, launches, and iterations.
• Translate business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements in collaboration with Applied Science, Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing/Sales teams.
• Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, and measure success with data and research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience leading cross-functional product teams across advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI.
• 5+ years experience delivering products that include full Search and/or Advertising technology stack.
• 5+ years experience with data analytics and experimentation tools with working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, Javascript).
• 5+ years of experience building AI consumer products.
• 5+ years of experience in monetization products and B2B.
