What you will do

• Provide rapid desktop and trade floor support in a high-pressure environment.
• Resolve incidents quickly to ensure minimal disruption to trading operations.
• Support Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and SCCM/MECM systems.
• Administer trading applications and market data platforms like Bloomberg.
• Manage mobile device support, VoIP, Citrix, and VDI solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Trade Floor Support.
• Expertise with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory.
• Strong skills in SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with VoIP and Citrix/VDI environments.
• Familiarity with Market Data Applications and Bloomberg terminals.
• Proficient in Mobile Device Support.
