What you will do
- Provide front-line 1st/2nd line support, delivering customer-focused assistance to internal users.
- Support user identity management, assisting with onboarding/offboarding via Okta and maintaining user access.
- Support device attestation and management for company devices using Kandji and Intune.
- Assist with office network and A/V technology setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Support the tracking and management of physical and digital assets throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements
- English: B2 required.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Comfortable engaging with technical topics and asking clarifying questions.
- Ability to work effectively in evolving and sometimes ambiguous environments.
- Interest in learning and applying TechOps operating principles.
- Experience with a software stack including Kandji, Intune, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Miro.
- Must have a valid right to work in Europe (e.g., UK or EU countries).
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
