Salary: $85,000–$95,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients and sales teams to develop and refine affiliate campaign strategies and performance goals.
• Oversee technical execution of affiliate onboarding, tracking, paid placements, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams, brands, networks, and agencies, leading client calls and updates.
• Analyze campaign outcomes, provide data-backed insights, and optimize affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on influencer and affiliate marketing trends, conducting market research for proactive client recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, preferably within affiliate or influencer marketing.
• Proven ability to drive affiliate success, meet KPIs, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms, campaign tracking tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Proactive, strategic, and adaptable mindset with a commitment to exceptional client service.

Nice to have

• Experience working with leading affiliate agencies or networks (e.g., CJ, Rakuten, Impact).
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
