What you will do

• Develop, execute, and optimize social advertising campaigns focusing on acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the creative team to guide the development of TikTok and Instagram-specific content.
• Work across brand, content, analytics, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Optimize performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, budgeting, and creative iteration.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest paid social trends and features to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in driving successful performance marketing strategies.
• 2+ years of full-time Meta and TikTok ad campaign management, with deep platform understanding.
• Experience in developing and implementing brand and creative strategies, ideally targeting creators or influencers.
• Proficiency in campaign data analysis and delivering actionable insights.
• Experience with performance analysis tools, reporting dashboards, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
