What you will do

• Contribute to overall revenue goal for Growth & Partnerships department and the growth of managed clients.
• Identify new, high-quality partnerships and areas of opportunity based on client needs and industry evolution.
• Optimize opportunities with top publishers on behalf of the client.
• Create plans for recruitment and paid placement initiatives that support the client’s program.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and pitch new, innovative opportunities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the digital Mexican Market.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• 4+ years of business development or relevant work experience (including account management, contract negotiations, marketing).
• Experience working in a sales or account management role with enterprise clients.
• Experience in Performance Marketing (particularly Affiliate Marketing) industry preferred.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to push back without damaging relationships.
