What you will do
- Develop profitable sales and achieve annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maximize sales by presenting effective cost-benefit proposals for hirify.global solutions.
- Own the proposal and tendering processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospect and client organizations, including decision-making structures and strategic aims.
- Manage a defined country to ensure self-prospecting and inbound lead management deliver the required pipeline.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the company CRM system.
Requirements
- Master's degree is required.
- Substantive 5 years’ experience in sales or account management.
- Strong knowledge of controlling a sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good IT skills and knowledge.
- Experience in consultative selling appropriate business solutions, specifically HR/Payroll Systems.
