TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (London, UK), 3 days office-based with UK travel

Salary: Β£100,000–£120,000 base + bonus

What you will do

  • Own and deliver a growth-aligned marketing strategy across priority segments.
  • Build and scale a high-quality B2B demand generation engine.
  • Lead full-funnel performance, reporting, and optimisation from awareness to sales handover.
  • Define market positioning, messaging, and external narrative across all channels.
  • Lead, develop, and set performance standards for the marketing function.

Requirements

  • Proven senior B2B marketing leadership with clear pipeline and MQL impact.
  • Deep experience in demand generation, funnel metrics, and conversion optimisation.
  • Confidence partnering with Sales and Product on ICPs, propositions, and launches.
  • Proven experience in subscription-based Marketing, with strong knowledge of recurring revenue models.
  • Strong commercial mindset, prioritising spend based on ROI and outcomes.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and delivery-focused.
