What you will do

  • Lead the execution of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) marketing strategies for customer acquisition and onboarding.
  • Drive the implementation of CLM, focusing on growth in priority customer segments and understanding performance levers.
  • Lead, innovate, and ensure exceptional delivery of growth initiatives across the full marketing stack.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, experiment with new routes to market, and leverage new data and technology.
  • Lead agile pods to tackle key marketing challenges and ensure smooth transition of successful campaigns.
  • Inspire and nurture the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering successful acquisition marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large-scale marketing budgets.
  • Deep knowledge of traditional and emerging media channels.
  • Experience operating in large complex organizations and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Advocate for agile ways of working and servant leadership.
  • English B2 proficiency.
