Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata per annum

What you will do

• Take ownership of paid media across hirify.global and its sub-brands.
• Play an active role in brand consolidation under the hirify.global brand.
• Manage approximately £250k per month in paid media spend across the UK, USA, and Germany.
• Continuously optimise campaigns and stay ahead of platform trends.
• Build strong relationships with marketing, sales, and wider stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on PPC.
• Strong B2B paid media experience, ideally within services or SaaS.
• Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
• Solid knowledge of bid management, audience segmentation, and offline conversion tracking techniques.
• Hold relevant certifications, such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing Labs.
