Senior Product Manager (Legal AI): Leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for international expansion, focusing on improving customer and partner experiences in new markets and languages. Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week.

What you will do

• Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for international expansion.
• Develop and evangelize product roadmap aligned with Group Product Manager's strategy.
• Own feature delivery and ensure desired business outcomes.
• Drive customer and market research to identify opportunities and priorities.
• Build conviction in initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.
• Deeply understand market and customers through constant communication and quantitative data.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of independently taking multiple products or features from ideation to launch.
• Experience building or managing multilingual applications and/or internationalization projects.
• Experience localizing features for new geographies, languages, or personas.
• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions and work in a highly collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.

Nice to have

• Speak multiple languages fluently.
• Prior experience in the legal tech industry.
• Worked previously in a regulated industry or with multi-product ecosystems.
• Successfully launched products in global markets.
• Demonstrable experience self-serving answers, insights and data from a variety of data analytics tools.
