Product Manager (Fintech)

Product Manager (Fintech/AI): Leading the implementation of new payment schemes and optimizing Money Flows infrastructure with an accent on API specifications, payment flows, and operational process improvements. Focus on designing innovative solutions, managing end-to-end delivery, and making data-driven decisions in the FinTech space.

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia (4 days in office, 1 day working from home)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of new payment schemes and bank/partner connectivity.
• Contribute to the product strategy for the Money Flows Platform, focusing on payment journeys and automation.
• Design innovative solutions and processes from scratch, managing their delivery and continuous improvement.
• Support Technology teams throughout the development process, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Define, track, and monitor KPIs for all product initiatives, making data-driven decisions.
• Manage the payment backlog for Tech teams and actively participate in all agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product strategy and execution within top-tier corporate or high-growth FinTech/neobank environments.
• Proven experience implementing payment schemes in the APAC region (e.g., BECS, NPP) and a solid understanding of the SWIFT network.
• Be a Technical Product Owner within the Payment industry, capable of translating rulebooks or API specifications into actionable requirements.
• A track record of successfully delivering product solutions in a fast-paced, agile organization.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English.

• Hands-on experience using Jira.
• Knowledge of all agile ceremonies.
