Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office), based in Cork, Ireland

What you will do

• Lead creation, development, and launch of seamless video experiences and innovative webcam solutions, leveraging advanced technologies like AI and computer vision.
• Enable millions worldwide to connect, collaborate, and express themselves confidently.
• Maintain hirify.global’s #1 global webcam market position by driving breakthrough product launches.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams (R&D, Design, suppliers) to transform user insights into market-leading products.
• Ensure end-to-end user journey excellence for diverse global audiences across 50+ countries.
• Deeply understand consumer needs to generate actionable insights and shape the future of video interaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in product management with successful software and hardware solution launches for consumers.
• Familiarity with emerging video technologies and trends, coupled with recognized leadership, ownership skills, and fluency in design thinking methodology.
• Strong business acumen with passion for consumer electronics and creativity/productivity markets, demonstrating curiosity, hands-on engagement, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or Design.
