Location: Must live within commuting distance of Lincoln, Nebraska, as this role requires three days in the Lincoln headquarters per week.
Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 USD (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Develop strong relationships with NCAA DI soccer programs across the United States to maximize satisfaction and drive renewals.
- Be involved in all aspects of support, product demonstration, customer education, and account management.
- Work towards achieving quarterly and annual renewal and engagement targets.
- Run meetings to understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
Requirements
- Client-facing experience, preferably at a technology company, with experience working with coaches and administrators in the collegiate and/or professional sports industry.
- History of successfully managing a large portfolio of clients with a proactive approach to customer management.
- Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders, skilled at handling tough conversations.
- Solution-oriented ability to diagnose problems and find creative and effective solutions for customers.
- A growth mindset, continuously learning and appreciating challenging situations.
