What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team, developing their skills and career progression.
  • Pitch and close deals with prospective clients via phone and face-to-face meetings.
  • Manage customer relationships for smooth onboarding and initial trades.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume.
  • Implement regional sales programs and ensure adherence to sales methodology.
  • Be involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of individual performance in FX Sales, ready for a managerial role.
  • Experience in sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services.
  • Financial Services experience; a network would be an advantage.
  • First-class communication skills and demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop people.
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage senior-level relationships with SME customers.
  • Fluent Portuguese and business level of English required.
