What you will do
- Guide customers through their buying journey by providing excellent service.
- Provide expert advice and support to customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails.
- Collaborate closely with your team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience (2–3 years) in sales, customer service, or administrative work.
- Strong interest and technical skills in IT and technology.
- Comfortable working in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
