TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Specialist: Interviewing and assessing a high volume of candidates for rewarding positions with an accent on identifying promising candidates who align with culture and requirements. Focus on managing the candidate journey, scheduling interviews, and providing comprehensive administrative support efficiently.
Location: 100% remote. Must be able to work during US business hours.
Salary: $23.53 – $28.47 per hour (approx. $3,765 - $4,555 monthly).

What you will do
- Skillfully interview, assess, and screen a high volume of applicants to identify promising candidates aligned with company culture and requirements.
- Maintain engaging communication with candidates throughout their journey, from initial outreach to offer discussions.
- Work independently to screen candidates, manage interviewing schedules, and move candidates efficiently through the pipeline.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team in various tasks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a work setting, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Adaptable and able to change priorities and tasks while staying focused on moving work forward.
- Access to a quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Tech-savvy with an aptitude to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Maintain at least 7 hours of daily availability, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 7 pm in a US timezone (ET, CT, MT, or PT).
