Location: 100% remote. Must be able to work during US business hours.

Salary: $23.53 – $28.47 per hour (approx. $3,765 - $4,555 monthly).

What you will do

• Skillfully interview, assess, and screen a high volume of applicants to identify promising candidates aligned with company culture and requirements.
• Maintain engaging communication with candidates throughout their journey, from initial outreach to offer discussions.
• Work independently to screen candidates, manage interviewing schedules, and move candidates efficiently through the pipeline.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team in various tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a work setting, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Adaptable and able to change priorities and tasks while staying focused on moving work forward.
• Access to a quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Tech-savvy with an aptitude to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Maintain at least 7 hours of daily availability, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 7 pm in a US timezone (ET, CT, MT, or PT).
