Senior Product Designer — Credit & Cards, Europe (Remote)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design from problem framing and research through delivery of polished interfaces.
• Design credit application, card issuance, and repayment experiences for businesses managing real money.
• Use research, product data, and customer feedback to guide and defend design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Researchers to scope work and define outcomes.
• Contribute to the design system, improving consistency, accessibility, and interaction quality.
• Translate credit checks, KYC, repayment terms, compliance, and risk requirements into clear and usable flows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design, including ownership of complex, multi-step user flows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and polished interaction and visual design.
• Experience designing platforms with multiple states, permissions, edge cases, and dependencies.
• Ability to use research, data, and business context to defend design decisions in cross-functional squads.
• Fluent professional English.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or another regulated or complex industry.
• Experience with lending, payments, or KYC and compliance flows.
• Regular use of AI tools for prototyping or research synthesis.
