Recruiting Coordinator

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year for roles based in San Francisco or New York City.

What you will do

• Create a candidate experience that reflects hirify.global’s values, ensuring every interaction is organized, respectful, and intentional.
• Manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across technical and non-technical roles with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine recruiting processes.
• Take on light sourcing work and process improvements.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Calm approach in fast-moving environments.
• Clear, kind, and professional communication skills.
• Curious and willing to adopt AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby and Workday.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
