Location: San Francisco, CA • New York, NY • United States. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.

Salary: $136,000 - $210,000 USD (SF/NY Hub)

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Product and/or Design roles.
• Partner with Product and Design leadership to design smart, scalable top-of-funnel strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and memorable experience.
• Stay organized across pipelines and track progress through data and metrics.
• Continuously improve our interview process to help us assess talent more effectively.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• 2+ years focused on Product or Design recruiting.
• A track record of building your own pipelines and shaping sourcing strategies.
• Deep familiarity with Product and/or Design communities and the latest trends in tech.
• Proven success partnering with leaders to navigate complex offers to close top candidates and experience hiring exceptional technical talent at a high-growth startup or leading tech company.
