• Manage, develop, and grow mobile engineers and team leads.
• Lead hiring, performance management, career development, and foster team culture.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to facilitate cross-team alignment and coordinate execution.
• Ensure high code quality, robust testing, scalable architecture, and security requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing a mobile engineering team.
• Excel at both writing production code and leading engineering teams, with experience shipping complex features from concept to deployment.
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and can balance multiple priorities.
• An obsession with great user experiences, attention to detail, rapid iteration, and hard work.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
• This role requires working onsite in NYC (Chelsea).
