hirify.global is building a vertically integrated GenAI cloud platform, taking on hyperscalers with sustainable technology solutions.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product and engineering leads to represent users and contribute to product strategy.
• Develop sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to validate concepts and hypotheses.
• Provide design specs, interactive prototypes, and design requirements to developers.
• Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system.
• Communicate and present your work, aligning stakeholders and explaining design alignment with product goals.
• Work with marketing to ensure brand and product consistency, assisting with marketing collateral.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working on web-based products with a portfolio.
• Experience collaborating, iterating, and testing with Product and Engineering.
• Strong understanding of UX best practices.
• Solid visual design sense and command over brand, interaction design, typography, and motion.
• Experience working with and aligning different stakeholder groups.
• Clear communication skills.
