TL;DR

Location: Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Philippines.

What you will do

  • Execute Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and continuous due diligence in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze and investigate alerts generated using standard policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Promote global onboarding knowledge and compliance standards with a client-focused mindset.
  • Identify, record, and resolve/escalate suspicious findings following established procedures.
  • Oversee the creation and management of trading and rebate accounts.
  • Provide direct assistance to clients and partners for any concerns related to onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a KYC/Onboarding Specialist, preferably in the financial services industry (Forex, CFDs).
  • Proven ability to manage intricate onboarding processes in compliance with regulations.
  • Extensive knowledge about KYC, AML, and relevant compliance legislations.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.

Nice to have

  • Proficient in digital technologies, including AI and other tools pertinent to Onboarding tasks.
