What you will do

• Support the accurate processing and lifecycle management of OTC and listed derivatives, including trade capture and settlement.
• Ensure timely resolution of trade breaks, reconciliations, and discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with front office, risk management, compliance, and external counterparties to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to regulatory and internal policies (e.g., EMIR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II) and mitigate operational risks.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture, sharing knowledge and supporting peers.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in derivatives operations, specifically within asset management, hedge funds, or investment banking.
• Solid knowledge of derivative products across various asset classes (equity, fixed income, commodities, FX).
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle processes, including margining and collateral management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard platforms (Calypso, Murex, MarkitWire) and automation tools (Excel VBA, Python, RPA solutions).
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (EMIR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II) and operational risk controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• English: B2 required
