What you will do

• Lead & mentor a high-performing engineering team fostering technical excellence and rapid iteration.
• Execute as a player-coach by contributing to architecture, code reviews, and solving technical bottlenecks.
• Drive product strategy by partnering with Product Managers to deliver user-facing solutions.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to build and ship production-grade dApps leveraging Layer 1 optimizations.

Requirements

• 6+ years professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years leading teams in high-growth or zero-to-one environments.
• Deep Web3 native experience building production blockchain systems and mastery of EVM-based ecosystems.
• Strong proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript for backend service and API design.
• Proven leadership skills including hiring, performance management, and mentorship.
• Strategic thinking with understanding of Web3 competitive landscape and technical tradeoffs.
• Exceptional communication to bridge technical and product teams.
