What you will do

• Lead operations of a cross-functional engineering team, ensuring team health and performance across various metrics.
• Proactively identify and address risks and blockers, driving improvements in practices, processes, and ways of working.
• Support team growth through onboarding, feedback, coaching, and performance management, and oversee the hiring process.
• Align team vision, mission, and strategy with Product Manager(s), collaborating on goal setting, roadmap planning, and execution.
• Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and key technical decisions, maintaining a strong connection between technology choices and their business and product impact.

Requirements

• Proven impact as an Engineering Manager or equivalent role, leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong skills in managing partnerships and resolving conflicts.
• Robust background in technical fundamentals, including Software Engineering/DevOps/Cloud Solutions.
• Structured, analytical approach with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Performance marketing experience is a strong plus.
