What you will do

• Guide and mentor an engineering team, fostering a culture of trust and technical excellence.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top engineering talent to meet ambitious business goals.
• Drive the rapid and robust scaling of the organization, ensuring processes align with ambitions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business, and Operations to define and execute strategies for outstanding business outcomes and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Strong track record leading and growing engineering teams, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Solid background in software development and system architecture.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and continuously raise the bar.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Adept at breaking down complex challenges and leading teams to innovative, scalable solutions.

Nice to have

• Professional working proficiency or conversational skills in German.
• Experience in dynamic start-up or scale-up contexts.
• Familiarity with our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Angular.
