TL;DR

Senior IT Auditor (Cybersecurity): Undertaking credible IT internal audit engagements with an accent on technical security and resilience controls across applications and infrastructure. Focus on providing assurance on internal controls and risk management, while supporting digital transformation activities.

Location: Hybrid working based in our Bristol head office, UK. No employment sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Support the delivery of high-quality IT assurance work, collaborating with IT Audit Managers and the Head of Audit.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing using technical security and resilience risk and control experience.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactively integrate external insights and data-led thinking into audit delivery.
  • Work autonomously or lead/participate in small teams, including third-party auditors.
  • Contribute to the audit planning process and identify improvements in methodology.

Requirements

  • Experience in Technical Security and Resilience IT controls and IT transformation/change.
  • Functional working knowledge of data analytics.
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in forging relationships and demonstrating influencing/negotiating skills.
  • Confident with agile ways of working.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Must have legal right to work in the UK; no sponsorship provided.
