What you will do

• Provide 2nd Line oversight and challenge of technology risk for a business division or technology function.
• Foster trusted business partnership, providing thought leadership and actionable risk insight.
• Support the development and embedding of risk and control frameworks, including ERMF.
• Provide oversight and challenge of Technology’s policies and procedures (service delivery, incident management, infrastructure, change delivery).
• Ensure timely and high-quality reporting of technology risks and monitor Key Risk Indicators.
• Conduct regular deep dive reviews and provide guidance to the 1st line of defence on risk and control management.

Requirements

• Prior experience in technology, risk, or programme management roles.
• Experience in the financial services sector, managing 1LoD technology risks and providing oversight/challenge.
• Good understanding of core controls and metrics for technology risk management.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to collaborate globally.

Nice to have

• Appropriate qualifications related to technology governance and risk management (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO31000, COSO, IRM).
