What you will do

• Take full end-to-end ownership of the product and its delivery.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is structured, prioritized, and transparent.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of backlog items.
• Translate business, product, and regulatory requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear scope definitions.
• Define and control scope, timelines, and release plans.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure delivery alignment with fintech and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Owner, Delivery Management, Business Analysis, or hybrid roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with backlog ownership, requirements documentation, user stories, scope, and release management.
• Ability to combine product vision with delivery execution and clearly communicate priorities and delivery status.
• Experience or strong understanding of fintech and compliance (payments, EMI, AML/KYC, regulatory environments).
• English: At least B1 (Intermediate) required.

• Experience in fintech startups or early-stage, fast-growing startups.

• Technical background or strong technical understanding.
• Experience bringing products from idea to MVP and live launch.
