What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers, ensuring they maximize value and maintaining high satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and video calls, providing clear guidance and timely responses.
  • Coordinate with other business units for subscription and assessment processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to develop offerings for existing subscribers.
  • Establish strong relationships and promote hirify.global solutions through various initiatives.
  • Assist customers in utilizing the platform more effectively and handle internal/external requests.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in onboarding or account management, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluent in English and/or other European language.
  • Basic understanding of AI technology required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM software.
  • Experience using AI in a customer support setting.
