What you will do

• Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical and business needs, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Take full responsibility for the technical aspects of deal progression, from qualification to closure, including product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback and requirements to hirify.global’s Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with sales, partner, and customer success teams to create account plans and drive solution adoption.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and participate in marketing efforts through presentations and speaking engagements.
• Support competitor analysis to differentiate hirify.global solutions in specific use cases.

Requirements

• Experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture with a focus on enterprise software.
• Practical skills with Linux systems, open-source software, cloud computing, and container technologies like Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences up to CXO level.
• Experience in creating technical demonstrations and whitepapers to illustrate product value.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional consultative-selling skills.
• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari).
• English: B2+ proficiency is required.
