Strategic Partnership Manager: Driving scalable growth and seamless integration of CarMarketplace initiatives into the hirify.global ecosystem with an accent on building strong partner relationships and commercial negotiations. Focus on researching, qualifying, and closing complex deals with auto dealers and ensuring clear documentation.

Location: Remote globally, aligned with GMT +3 timezone. There is a potential opportunity for relocation to Doha, Qatar.

Salary: Payment in USD monthly.

What you will do

• Research, qualify, and prioritize ecosystem partners.
• Lead introductory calls, discovery, and partner presentations.
• Articulate ecosystem value proposition and business benefits.
• Align commercial terms and drive partners to LOI / agreement.
• Own the partnership pipeline from sourcing to signed LOI.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Strong B2B sales / partnerships experience.
• Qatar or GCC market experience is a must.
• Fluent English/Arabic — both writing and speaking.
• Proven ability to qualify partners and close complex deals.
• Experience with commercial negotiations and LOIs.
• High process and documentation discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, or ecosystems.
