What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including SOW creation and approvals.
• Strictly monitor project budgets and scope, implementing Project Change Requests as needed.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Act as a technical peer to development leads, translating technical constraints into business value for clients.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and handling escalations.
• Lead and mentor junior/mid-level PMs, fostering team health and ensuring process compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management within the software development industry.
• Proven experience working in an outsourcing/agency environment is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams (Developers, QAs, BAs, Architects).
• Ability to understand API integrations, SDLC, cloud infrastructure basics, and CI/CD processes.
• Expert-level knowledge of JIRA (configuring workflows, backlogs) and Confluence.
• Exceptional English (C1/C2 level) with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Advanced Scrum Master certifications.
• Basic scripting skills or experience with low-code automation tools.
• Experience in identifying up-selling opportunities and assisting with client portfolio growth.
