What you will do

• Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage communication with key stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks when necessary.
• Prepare status reports and present project updates to leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
