What you will do

• Plan project activities, dependences, and significant milestones.
• Establish necessary processes to support project goals and lifecycle.
• Track project execution to accomplish deliverables and goals.
• Maintain visibility and transparency of project aspects for stakeholders and track KPIs.
• Identify, manage, and track risks and dependencies.
• Escalate and track impediments to project progress.
• Encourage collaboration between teams and other stakeholders.
• Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) on execution and operational excellence with a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

• A B.Sc. in computer science or a related discipline.
• At least 7-10 years of R&D technical project management experience in an international software development organization.
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development organization, preferably at scale.
• Understanding of all Software Development Life Cycle stages and ability to convey messages clearly.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented perspective, focused, reliable, and highly organized.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in PMI (Post-Merger Integration).
• An MBA or M.Sc.
• PMI/PMP certification.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence, Aha!, Jira, Monday, and BI tools.
• Technical experience and knowledge of hirify.global products or Cyber Security solutions.
