What you will do

• Participate in the development of complex banking and fintech digital solutions.
• Act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze business needs and transform them into clear system requirements.
• Model business processes, system flows, and data interactions.
• Support API and integration design from an analysis perspective.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and QA engineers.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in banking or fintech.
• Strong understanding of core banking domains (cards, accounts, loans, payments, transfers, tokenization).
• Confident use of BPMN and UML for modeling.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and API-first design principles.
• Experience analyzing and documenting mobile and web interfaces.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2).
• Hands-on experience preparing and maintaining BRD, FSD, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• English level A2 or higher required.
