What you will do
- Lead end-to-end initiatives that simplify and redefine how value moves globally.
- Deeply understand customer friction points and translate complex needs into intuitive, high-value payment solutions.
- Find creative ways to make global payments faster, easier, cheaper, and more transparent.
- Drive the development of reliable, high-throughput platform infrastructure for scale.
- Partner with design, developers, and commercial leads to bring the hirify.global vision to life.
- Use performance metrics and continuous feedback loops to refine the user journey and improve adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience at a high-growth tech company, e-commerce giant, or FinTech.
- Solid track record and deep expertise in the payments space, understanding how money moves.
- Experience building engaging products and thriving in fast-paced, "early stage" environments.
- Preferred engineering background to speak the language of developers and understand the technology.
- Curiosity about how AI can enhance product experiences and eagerness to explore its potential in FinTech.
- Excellent collaboration skills for partnering with engineers, designers, and data scientists.
