Product Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $162,400–$243,600

What you will do

• Own key user journeys from integration to core business operation.
• Shape product direction, define strategy, and establish practices to address user needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, risk, and compliance teams to shape product plans.
• Manage the roadmap and go-to-market strategy for your BaaS product area.
• Act as the voice of the user in product and API designs by gathering direct feedback.
• Ensure products are built in a scalable and performant way.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a product role.
• Strong focus on user-experiences, from front-end UI through developer docs and technical integrations.
• Domain knowledge in financial products, particularly card issuing, funds storage, or remittance.
• Experience building platform and/or API products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand user needs and craft great experiences.
