What you will do
- Own key user journeys from integration to core business operation.
- Shape product direction, define strategy, and establish practices to address user needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, risk, and compliance teams to shape product plans.
- Manage the roadmap and go-to-market strategy for your BaaS product area.
- Act as the voice of the user in product and API designs by gathering direct feedback.
- Ensure products are built in a scalable and performant way.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a product role.
- Strong focus on user-experiences, from front-end UI through developer docs and technical integrations.
- Domain knowledge in financial products, particularly card issuing, funds storage, or remittance.
- Experience building platform and/or API products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand user needs and craft great experiences.
