Salary: $137,500.00–$192,500.00

What you will do

• Define and execute the Partner Payments product strategy and roadmap.
• Design and optimize Partner Payments onboarding and opt-in experiences.
• Partner with Finance, Payments Operations, and platform teams to streamline cash operations.
• Translate strategy into clear product opportunities and requirements using competitive insights and data.
• Drive alignment and execution with engineering and design teams.
• Prioritize product initiatives with a data-informed approach, communicating concepts and decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of delivering innovative, user-centric products.
• 3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, financial operations, or marketplaces.
• Demonstrated ability to own a complex problem space end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data and experimentation to inform priorities.
• Technical fluency and experience collaborating with engineering on APIs, data flows, and system constraints.
• Experience working with B2B or partner-facing products.
• US work authorization is required.

• Experience working on AI/ML products.
• Prior experience integrating AI/ML capabilities in the payments domain.
