What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product area for DeFi Lend, growing and scaling this new product across mobile and web.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship non-custodial flows leveraging hirify.global Smart Contract Wallets and Base.
• Design product experiences that clearly communicate DeFi risk and reward (smart contract, bad-debt, liquidity risks, variable APYs).
• Drive integrated launch and rollout plans, including internal dogfooding and coordinated GTM.
• Ensure operational excellence post-launch through robust observability and incident playbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of shipping impactful consumer or prosumer financial products.
• Experience with complex financial, lending, or yield-bearing products (TradFi or DeFi), balancing customer experience, risk, and business performance.
• Strong comfort with technical systems and onchain concepts (smart contracts, vaults, flow-of-funds, L2 networks).
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive multi-quarter product strategy and deliver measurable results.
• Analytical rigor and product judgment (sizing opportunities, designing experiments, interpreting data).
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and hirify.global’s mission.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with DeFi lending protocols (Morpho, Aave, Compound) or vault-based yield strategies.
• Experience building “crypto-forward” consumer products leveraging onchain primitives.
• Familiarity with onchain activity (Ethereum/Base addresses, ENS, dApps, self-custodial wallets).
• Experience partnering with external protocol teams and navigating token-based incentive programs.
