TL;DR

Senior Demand Generation Specialist: Own and execute regional demand generation campaigns across digital channels and events, and optimize full-funnel lifecycle programs with an accent on aligning campaigns with territory priorities, improving lead quality, and ensuring accurate attribution. Focus on influencing pipeline growth and revenue for startups across Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.

Location: Singapore. This role sits within hirify.global’s regional marketing organization covering Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa.

What you will do

  • Own and execute regional demand generation campaigns across digital channels (paid social, search, display, email, website).
  • Build and optimize full-funnel lifecycle programs, from acquisition through conversion and re-engagement.
  • Own marketing strategy and execution for hirify.global-hosted events (virtual and in-person) and manage sponsorships.
  • Set campaign success metrics, analyze performance across channels and regions, and continuously optimize on data and insights.
  • Partner closely with SDRs and sales to align campaigns with territory priorities and optimize follow-up.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, sales, and product marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS, Fintech or private markets.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (business, marketing).
  • Proven experience owning regional or multi-market demand programs.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and SDR-led sales motions.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating independently and prioritizing across competing regional needs.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics to inform decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing and sales platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Figma, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience marketing to startup founders or CFOs.
  • Familiarity with the startup, venture or private markets ecosystem.
  • Experience working across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
