Location: Remote (Global)

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 (U.S. base salary range)

hirify.global is a pioneering AI infrastructure company developing an Agentic Data Plane (ADP) based on a multi-modal data streaming engine to connect AI agents with enterprise data.

What you will do

  • Act as a direct liaison between hirify.global and customers, ensuring product adoption and execution of plans.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the removal of any blockers to customer adoption and time to value.
  • Serve as a trusted hirify.global advisor and advocate, aligning resources (Solutions Architects, Engineering, Product, Support).
  • Work comfortably across business, technical, and senior management in customer-facing interactions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a CSM role at a data-focused tech or SaaS company.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to take ownership for customer adoption by coordinating time to production and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Understanding of program, project, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical and non-technical concepts concisely.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, 100% distributed team.

Nice to have

  • Kafka/Streaming experience.
  • Experience with large-scale data platforms or complex enterprise software implementation.
  • Understanding of data management and networking concepts.
  • Experience with SFDC, Grafana, Qlik, or Metabase.
  • Knowledge or experience of the MEDDIC sales methodology.
