Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in light conditioning or optics.
• Experience using tools such as MATLAB, Zemax, and LightTools.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
