What you will do

• Design end-to-end web experiences from concept through launch.
• Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems and ship features.
• Create simple, logical experiences for complex workflows.
• Balance customer needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Lead design reviews and build strong cases for design decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years designing modern digital products with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end web design work.
• Proven track record designing 0-to-1 experiences from concept through launch.
• Collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams in agile settings.
• Show strong judgment making data-driven decisions grounded in research, testing, and metrics.
• Thrive as part of a founding team, being scrappy, resourceful, and passionate about solving real customer problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tooling such as Figma Make, Lovable, and Cursor for rapid prototyping.
