Location: Remote from CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MO, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WA states in the US, with a preference for candidates within 25 miles of the Denver office. Candidates requiring a work visa now or in the future cannot be considered. (Note: Not hiring or able to consider candidates in New York metro, Seattle metro, or the Bay Area).
Salary: $160,000–$188,000 base salary + annual company bonus program + equity.

What you will do
- Drive feature development across multiple products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Design intuitive user experiences based on customer understanding to deliver measurable value.
- Partner with the Head of Product to shape and communicate product strategy.
- Act as a product evangelist, advocating for hirify.global's solutions internally and externally.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Mentor and support junior product team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of demonstrated success in advancing products from "1 to 2" and executing go-to-market strategies in a B2B environment for enterprise customers.
- Proven experience in leading strategic product initiatives and developing API-first products.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of spotting opportunities and hands-on problem-solving.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence executives and align diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ability to secure engineering commitment and drive execution discipline without direct authority.
- Familiarity with AWS or Salesforce is beneficial.
