Salary: $122,200.00 – $168,600.00 base salary and annual proposed commission.

What you will do
- Manage sales activities to exceed assigned revenue objectives.
- Provide tactical and strategic plans to penetrate accounts and generate new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to generate additional revenue from existing clients.
- Become a trusted business advisor and establish executive relationships within client accounts.
- Differentiate hirify.global's solutions by positioning professional services and coordinating resources like demonstrations and proposals.
- Build and maintain an accurate pipeline and timely sales forecasts.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in positioning and selling large, complex SaaS CRM and/or ERP software solutions.
- Proven experience within the Higher Education sector.
- Experience developing and managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling or consultative selling methodology.
- Proven track record of consistent over quota achievement.
