Sales Enterprise Client Account Executive (Higher Education): Managing full sales cycles and identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities within existing Higher Education accounts, positioning hirify.global's SaaS CRM/ERP solutions with an accent on exceeding revenue objectives and establishing executive relationships. Focus on consultative selling, developing tactical/strategic account plans, and understanding customer industry trends to expand product and service use.

Location: Remote, United States of America or Ontario, Canada

Salary: $122,200.00 – $168,600.00 base salary and annual proposed commission.

What you will do

  • Manage sales activities to exceed assigned revenue objectives.
  • Provide tactical and strategic plans to penetrate accounts and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to generate additional revenue from existing clients.
  • Become a trusted business advisor and establish executive relationships within client accounts.
  • Differentiate hirify.global's solutions by positioning professional services and coordinating resources like demonstrations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain an accurate pipeline and timely sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in positioning and selling large, complex SaaS CRM and/or ERP software solutions.
  • Proven experience within the Higher Education sector.
  • Experience developing and managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling or consultative selling methodology.
  • Proven track record of consistent over quota achievement.
