What you will do

• Lead and own the overall architecture for the Consumer Platform, with a deeper focus on Tax Platform capabilities.
• Translate business strategy into a durable technology strategy in close partnership with business leadership and PD teams.
• Act as a talent steward for Distinguished Engineers and Principal Engineers, defining their focus areas and coaching them.
• Drive customer outcomes with AI and data-powered experiences at scale.
• Lead development of full stack applications across architecture, services, applications, data, analytics, and AI.
• Operate at different levels of altitude across the entire software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product and platform development experience with BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, managing and coaching globally distributed teams and influencing technology strategy.
• Demonstrated outstanding craft delivering SaaS at scale.
• Deep SaaS experience delivering new products and experiences to market.
• Demonstrated experience developing full stack applications across various areas including AI and data technologies.
• A firm understanding of systems engineering and high-availability design.
• Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to identify patterns and opportunities.
• English: B2 required.
