What you will do

• Manage product features roadmap and align resources, plans, and budget for execution.
• Drive analysis and impact assessments for new business initiatives and product build-outs.
• Run large and crucial projects with cross-functional deliverables.
• Map business processes and align them with functional architecture.
• Create detailed project plans with a keen eye for managing dependencies, tracking, and escalating risks.
• Manage go-to-market planning, including operational readiness, trainings, and committee approvals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of industry experience in the commercial banking domain.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage various efforts concurrently.
• Strong technical proficiency to drive functional flows and architecture, understanding system dependencies.
• Agile certified (a strong plus) and experience working within scrum teams and leading Agile ceremonies.
• Superior communication and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to forge trusted partnerships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
